The Female Ranger Alliance aims to inspire and encourage more women to pursue careers in conservation. Through training, education and creating a supportive network the Female Ranger Alliance aims to create a movement to reshape the narrative of conservation, one empowered woman at a time.
The Female Ranger Alliance is an initiative of the Black Mamba Anti-Poaching Unit. The Black Mambas Project has been pioneering the first all-female anti-poaching unit. The Black Mambas now seeks to extend its impact by supporting and connecting female rangers as well as aiding and collaborating with other organizations to integrate female rangers into existing anti-poaching forces and assist with the set-up of new female anti-poaching units globally.
